I have always struggled with my body shape, which is one of the reasons that that working with Epochas is so fulfilling as I get to speak to like-minded, like-troubled men and women who experience the same struggle as I, year in and year out. My partcular problem area is my upper arms, bingo wings, whatever you so wish to call them. No matter if I have been large or small throughout the years, they have always caused me embarrassment, due to their size and due to stretch marks I unfortunately incurred when at my biggest 7 years ago, a whopping 17 and a half stone.
If you are or have ever been overweight you will know all too well what a posh do can do to your confidence. Some women are big and proud and feel beautiful no matter what, oh and how I envy them; I on the other hand feel hideous in every single thing I put on, so preparing to be a bridesmaid is a logistical nightmare for me.
In the run up I research magic pants, try out fake tan for wobbly bits, make last ditch attempts at lifting tins of baked beans as I watch my soaps, perform awkward painful squats while I brush my teeth, I even ensure to take the stairs every time instead of the lift the week before the wedding, as if these small acts of healthier living are going to magic away the years of bad eating habits I have developed over my 32 years of life in just one week... Pah!
Well regardless of all that, this time I have an actual tool that has been proven to work in just ten days. In recent UK trials on 24 women they lost a combined 41 inches.
So...let's see what it can do for me in 7!
Being an employee of Epochas, I have naturally tried and tested the products myself and have had outstanding results in the past. I haven't used the product for a little while as life has taken over, so today I am setting myself a challenge to see how many cms I can lose in just 7 days.
So Day one...I am measuring tonight and starting use of the Epochas Body Sculpting Serum. Followed tomorrow morning with the Epochas Body Sculpting Cream for day time use.
I shall let you know how I am doing on day 4 and then finally day 7.

My halfway measurements could not have gone any better. My diet this week has not exactly gone to plan due to easter holiday outings with my 2 children, so I wasn't expecting too much. Boy was I wrong!
Left Arm: 1.5 inches off
Right Arm 1.75 inches off
I measured 3 times to be sure. I love Epochas! I love it I love it I love it!
Cannot wait to measure Saturday morning!

The wedding day has arrived and I couldn't be more excited. The measure has gone fantastic, more so than I thought possible. Ridiculous in fact!
Drum roll please...............
Left Arm: 2.8 inches
Right Arm: 3 inches
So a total of 5.8 inches in just 7 days!!!!!
Epochas really did give me the confidence I needed to be in the spotlight. I still have a long way to go with my own personal battle with the bulge. But this has been a really good motivator to help me along the way!
